Privacy Policy
Last updated: this policy applies from the date the site went live.
What we collect
When you fill a form or make a booking on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your company name, website and what you need help with. When you pay by UPI we also store the transaction reference and any screenshot you upload.
We record where your visit came from, using UTM parameters, the page you landed on and the site that referred you. We use this only to understand which of our campaigns work.
How we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry or booking you made
- To deliver the service you have paid for
- To measure which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the tools listed below.
Tools we use
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including a hashed version of your email or phone number when you submit a form, which is used only for conversion matching.
You can opt out of most of this by using your browser privacy settings or an ad blocker. The site works normally either way.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship, and afterwards for the period our accountant and the law require. You can ask us to delete your record earlier and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@mediamagix.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Data is stored on servers with access limited to the people who need it. Payment screenshots are stored on the same server and are not shared. We never ask for your card details, banking password or UPI PIN, and you should never send them to us.
