Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by Media Magix, contactable at hello@mediamagix.in.
Bookings
A booking made through this site holds a slot for you. It is confirmed only after we verify the payment, which normally takes one working day. Until then the slot is held for 24 hours.
Payment
Prices shown on this site exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Advertising spend on Google, Meta or any other platform is paid by you directly to that platform and is not included in our fees. We do not add a markup to media spend.
What we commit to
We commit to the scope of work and the deliverables described in the package you buy, and to the timelines stated there. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, conversion rates or revenue, because these depend on factors outside our control including your offer, your pricing, your follow up and the auction.
What we need from you
- Access to the accounts, assets and information the work requires
- Feedback and approvals within a reasonable time
- A working way for enquiries to be answered on your side
Delays caused by any of the above move the delivery timeline by the same amount.
Ownership
You own your ad accounts, your analytics, your website and every asset we deliver once payment is complete. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Ending the engagement
Retainers run month to month after the initial term stated in your package, with 30 days notice on either side. Project work ends on delivery and acceptance.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you book.
